This is a working Drupal 11 demonstration. Start with the questions that matter to your role.
Follow the resident journey from finding a service to submitting a form and receiving a clear next step.
Review how content, forms, access, activity, and site feedback can be managed in one working environment.
See how a department can keep a service page, news item, or notice current without a technical handoff for every update.
Use one sequence to review navigation, search, form submission, news and notices, content editing, form building, accessibility, analytics, and support. Each row opens the working page and the matching proposal section.

Town pages are checked copies, not a live feed. Confirm time-sensitive information on the Town's official website.
Workflow records and identities are invented for evaluation. Values entered into demonstration forms are replaced before storage, and nothing is delivered externally.
Hosting, data residency, retention, monitoring, recovery, providers, and final support commitments remain to be agreed.
CaL does not have three qualifying municipal or public-sector CMS references. The demonstration is working product evidence; it does not replace that unresolved qualification requirement or claim completed municipal delivery.
No hosted URL exists yet. This demonstration is built and validated locally; deployment requires separate authorization from Ali or Scott.
